Booking terms

1. GigConnect Pro is an introduction platform
GigConnect Pro connects clubs with DJs. We are not a party to any booking. The agreement is between the club and the DJ directly.
2. Payments are off-platform
GigConnect Pro does not process payment, deposits, or refunds. All fees are settled directly between the club and the DJ on terms they agree to in chat.
3. Cancellations
Either party may cancel. Any refund, kill fee, or rescheduling is handled directly between the club and the DJ. Late or repeated cancellations may affect your standing on GigConnect Pro.
4. On-the-night conduct
The DJ agrees to follow the venue manager's direction on set length, style, and do-not-play list. The club agrees to provide a safe, working setup and pay the agreed fee on the agreed schedule.
5. Stay on platform
All bookings introduced through GigConnect Pro must be booked through GigConnect Pro. Moving the booking off-platform forfeits your booking history and may lead to account removal.
6. No warranty
GigConnect Pro provides the platform "as is". We are not liable for cancelled events, unpaid fees, equipment issues, or disputes between users.
